I don't care if my salary is much lesser. As long as I can escape this place. 

There is no motivation. There is no satisfaction.

And I had my first interview.

"You don't look like in 30s" said the interviewer.

I have aged but I am still charming.

And he made me happier when he complimented my smile (visible confusion).
